  • Community Hosted
  • Constitution Day Community Conversation

**The U.S. Constitution has shaped our country for nearly 240 years. It has been amended, interpreted, challenged, and debated across generations. The National Constitution Day, established in 1952, to commemorate its signing, is an opportunity to spend an evening thinking about this remarkable document which continues to influence public life and the responsibilities of citizenship.**

Former federal judge **LaDoris Cordell** will emcee the evening and offer opening remarks. Community members from a wide range of backgrounds will each give a brief reflection on a different part of the Constitution that they find meaningful.

Join us from **6:30–7:00 pm** for light refreshments and conversation before the program begins at **7:00 pm.**

Organized by [Blue Turn Indivisible](https://blueturnindivisible.org/) and [Indivisible Palo Alto Plus](https://indivisiblepaloaltoplus.org/)
