This a local Indivisible event!
A declaration of the past so we can build a better future. We will be celebrating Juneteenth Freedom Day with solidarity of Freedom’s journey. We will declare our resistance in never going back to chains of injustice and inequality. “Nobody’s Free Until Everybody’s Free.” Bring your picnic basket with your favorite snacks and drinks. Bring chairs or a blanket. Plenty of shady spots to lounge in a community gathering, so bring friends and family. Dress in bright summer attire. There will be audience participation in solidarity and a vigil. Free Ice Pops while supplies last. Bring your banner.
