Get Up Stand Out fo our Elections at the Big E!

The Eastern State Exposition (THE BIG E), the state fair for all six New England states, is returning to West Springfield, MA, September 18-October 4. Last year over 1.5 million people attended. With traffic backed up and stopped in all directions let’s not miss this golden opportunity to mobilize others from many states to stand up for free and fair elections
The Trump Administration is already working to undermine the midterm elections. They are trying to nationalize elections, mess with mail-in voting, target voter registration programs, and spread conspiracy theories. They’re even trying to bar states from encouraging people to vote. They are desperate to block free and fair elections. Their actions could prevent eligible voters from voting. And, if we allow this to happen, it will strengthen MAGA’s hold on power and allow the further destruction of our democracy.
We must mobilize large numbers of our fellow Americans to stand up for the basic right to vote! We will be holding a short series of signs and handing out leaflets about how to take action to protect our elections. (For example: Vote early, check your registration and encourage others to bring the proper ID. And sign the pledge at Hands Off Our Vote)
