  • Hampton Bays: The Grift; The Camps; The Resistance

On Saturday, June 20, 2026, we gather in Hampton Bays to say clearly: no more profiting from human suffering.

    Event details:

What: The Grift. The Camps. The Resistance.
    When: Saturday, June 20, 2026, 9:30 am – 11:00 am
Where: 248 W Montauk Hwy, Hampton Bays – Sidewalk in front of Citizens Bank.
We, the resistance, will stand together against:

A grifting administration that treats immigrant lives as bargaining chips and revenue streams.
Citizens Bank for making private loans to those building immigrant prisons and camps.
This is a peaceful but unapologetically firm protest. We are here to make it known that our community rejects the criminalization, caging, and commodification of immigrants—and rejects the institutions that bankroll this cruelty.

    What to bring:

Food donations to stock local food pantries. Solidarity begins at home; let’s support our neighbors in need while we fight for justice.

A chair – so you can stay the full time and remain comfortable.

Sunscreen and water – protect yourself from the elements.

Anything else you need to remain safe, hydrated, and visible (hats, signs, etc.).

Show up. Be counted. Add your body, your voice, and your presence to the line that says: we will not be silent, and we will not normalize immigrant prisons and camps.

See you on the sidewalk in front of Citizens Bank, 248 W Montauk Hwy, Hampton Bays, 9:30–11:00 am, June 20.
