    Join Indivisible Highlands and Beyond for our weekly Honk and Waves. We protest each Thursday, 4:30-5:30 pm, to remind community members to take action and oppose the Trump regime.

    The focus of the August rallies will be to protest the many broken promises and lies from Donald Trump. Let’s remind our community about the litany of lies and broken promises: 1) No new wars, 2) Lower prices/cut inflation, 3) Protect Medicare and Medicaid, 4) End Ukraine War, 5) Protect Social Security, 6) Release all the Epstein files, 7) Other countries will pay tariffs – and much more. He has accomplished NONE of these.

    August 6: Downtown Wilmington, near Wilmington Christiana Hospital, at the intersection of 11th Street, Delaware Avenue, and Jefferson Street. [Use street parking, or the Corporate Plaza Garage – 700 Delaware Ave, enter on 12th St or Delaware Ave (1 block away or the City Center Garage – 208 W 12th St, enter on 11th St. (2 blocks away)]

    August 13: At the corner of Union St/Rt. 2 and Dupont Rd. (Park around the corner in the neighborhood on New Rd, near Hawkins and Sons.) 

    August 20: Along Pennsylvania Avenue in front of Westminster Presbyterian Church, 1502 W. 13th St. (Park in the lot behind the church.)

    August 27: NEW LOCATION On Bancroft Pkwy, at the intersection of Lancaster Ave., near Unity Church. (Park on either side of Bancroft Pkwy.)
