Portland District 2 Neighbors Indivisible will be encouraging I-5 commuters to Honor the memory of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s by continuing to fight injustice with peaceful resistance. All are welcome. We will have large banners, please bring your own signs and flags to wave at the evening traffic.
