  • ICE Community/Bystander Training Meeting

We will hold a brief updating and planning and listening meeting and then host a training to prepare you for any interactions with ICE.
A panel of trained local people will educate us about what to do if we see ICE in our community or happen upon them abducting or preparing for action.
What are we legally allowed to do? How should we behave? There are so many questions and we want to ready to support our immigrant communities and be both proactive and safe.

This is such an important training. Bring a like-minded friend. Let’s be prepared for the promised ICE visits during our busy tourist seasons.

Meeting will be in West Barnstable.

You must register for this event, the address/location of the meeting will be in the confirmation.

    This a local Indivisible event!

We will have our big box-of-snacks, individually wrapped snacks, water and soda water available.

*A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
