Amendment 3 may force big changes to Property Taxes & Community Services in Duval County!

– Michael Weinstein, Chief Administrative Officer – Mayor’s Office
– Joyce Morgan, Duval County Property Appraiser
**Joyce Morgan** became both the first African American and first woman to serve as the Duval County Property Appraiser on July 1st, 2023. This office provides the property values that local governments use to calculate tax bills; it does not set tax rates or collect property taxes. **Mike Weinstein** has a long history in Jacksonville public service, having previously worked as the city’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), state legislator, and executive in past mayoral administrations. He currently serves in the Mayor’s Office at Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for supervising all departments heads and City Hall’s day-to-day operations.
