The next No Kings Day is coming
The next No Kings Day will be different. Join the No Kings kickoff call this Thursday, 9/10 at 8pm ET/5pm PT to learn about the national day of voter participation being planned for this October.
Join us in Tyler the first Monday of each month. Doors open at 6 pm for refreshments and socializing and the meeting is from 6:30 – 7:30 pm. Each month we will discuss recent activities and developments as well as plan ahead. This month we will hear from Michelle Allcon, the Elections Administrator for Tyler, and discuss election information and voter registration.
The most powerful tool we have isn’t a TV ad — it’s you, at a doorstep, talking to a neighbor. Neighbor to Neighbor is Indivisible Smith County’s grassroots push to make sure every eligible voter near you knows how, when, and where to vote in 2026 — and that their vote counts. No experience needed. Just a few hours and a willingness to
show up for your community.
We meet at the Unitarian Fellowship, 1629 Old Omen Road in Tyler. NOTE: We will have September’s meeting on Monday, August 31, because September 7 is Labor Day.
Indivisible Smith County’s monthly general meeting is an opportunity for you to learn what is going on, help us plan, and find community. If you would like to be more involved in our work to resist authoritarianism, stand up for people’s rights, and make a difference here in East Texas, this is the place for you!
