Saturday is No Kings Day
The wannabe-king is intent on sabotaging our midterms. This weekend, we turn out by the millions to nonviolently defend our elections, our democracy, and our rights. First in the streets, and then at the polls. Join us.
For all of 2026, Duluth Indivisible has been building our capacity internally and in the electoral, legislative and direct action domains. The December monthly meeting will prepare us for the work ahead in the 2027 session of the Minnesota Legislature. The session begins on January 12th and ends on May 17th. This is a “budget year” session, meaning the legislators will pass a budget for the next two years.
Based on the aspirational (but not guaranteed) election results, we’ve invited Sen. Jen McEwen, Rep. Pete Johnson and Rep. Liish Kozlowski to attend. Obviously, no one has confirmed, pending the outcome of the November elections. We will invite whomever succeeds in November. [(Please remember to vote!)](https://mobilize.us/s/LAtNXX)
