The No Kings Map is Live!
Hundreds of nonviolent protests are already planned for No Kings Day on March 28, and more are being added by the hour.
Join us on Thursday, March 19, for another ILS meet-and-greet. Plan to arrive around 7 pm, get a name tag and, if so inclined, buy a drink (and/or food) at the bar. Around 7:15 we’ll start a brief program, beginning with Illinois PIRG’s campaign to resist unwarranted rate increases by Peoples Gas. Why are gas bills rising across Chicago and what can we do about it?

We’ll also get an update on the March 17th Illinois primary election and the March 28th No Kings rally/march. That should leave room for at least an hour of socializing.
