May Day is a national day of solidarity and protest — a massive, nonviolent act of economic disruption. Following the example of the historic 2006 Day Without Immigrants and the powerful resistance in Minnesota this past January, the call is the same: No work. No school. No shopping.
Join the Bridge Brigade on the McKnight Overpass to join in our solidarity!!
There are two different shift available to participate in: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
We are also looking for shift “Captains” to manage the supplies (banners and signs) for each of the shifts. If you are interested in being a Shift Captain, please email Bob Gould at bobgould23@gmail.com. Thank you!
