MONONA PROTESTS. MONONA DEFENDS THE CONSTITUTION AND DEMOCRACY
Saturday, February 14. 10:00 – 11:00. Nichols Road and Monona Drive.
Also February 28.
We the People Are Pissed! Resistance is growing.
Protests are growing. The Giant is rising. Peacefully, non-violently, but with determination.
We the People are the Giant. We are not going away.
More and more people across the country are telling the Trump regime that they don’t like what is happening to the country.
We don’t like ICE in our communities. We want ICE reined in.
We really don’t like seeing families and communities ripped apart by anonymous masked ICE agents violently shooting, killing, arresting and detaining US citizens and immigrants with no criminal records.
We are pissed that this authoritarian regime threatens to unilaterally take possession of Greenland, undermining NATO and our European allies.
We are pissed that the regime uses overt, blatant, active racism to attack and divide us.
People are tired of cruelty, and lies, and chaos. This is no way to govern.
We are tired of the attacks on the rule of law.
People know that this is not what the United States is. Our laws, customs, values, and traditions are being ripped apart. We object. We want No Kings!
When we protest, it gives others courage to join us. They know they are not alone.
Join us! In Honor of Renee Good and Alex Pretti
