# Civic Action Coffee Hour

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed with the headlines, angry at the injustices, or just hopeless, you’re not alone.
What really helps is being around other people who get it and having a space to actually talk about what this administration is doing and how it’s affecting all of us.
That’s why we’ve been doing Civic Coffee Hour.
For the past few months, we’ve been gathering, drinking coffee, eating snacks, and just being in community with people who feel the same.
**We vent, we laugh, sometimes we just listen.**
No pressure to be super informed or involved. You can come just as you are.
You will leave feeling a little lighter and a lot less alone.

**When:** Second Saturday of the month at 10:00 AM
**Where:** Rogers Park in Beaumont – Under covered picnic area.
No experience needed. Come as you are, bring a friend if you’d like, and spend the morning building community and resilience together.
