  • NO ICE /NO WAR. Rise & Shine weekly Protest. LA PUENTE, CA 6/20/26. 5-8PM

This is a weekly event. PRO Democracy and Freedom. NO WAR/ No ICE / NO DATA CENTERS protest. Local indivisible group: Rise ‘N Shine: Basset, Baldwin Park, West Covina, La Puente, CA. THIS IS A PROTEST, NOT A MARCH. Bring your sunscreen, your water, your sign, your friends and family, your enthusiasm!! Feel free to bring a chair. Flags are welcome!! So are bubbles and bullhorns! Don’t have a sign? Use one of ours!!!

We have added NO DETENTION CENTERS to our litany of issues as we stand against the atrocities in Gaza, Venezuela, and Iran. While we are focused on No War/ NO Data Centers/ No ICE, you may focus on any of the horrible policies or events that you feel strongly about. Our protests are more important than ever!!!! WE STAND WITH MINNEAPOLIS!! WE STAND WITH NEW JERSEY!! WE STAND AGAINST THE SAVE ACT, and the $1.8 billion Slush Fund! We stand with victims against the EPSTEIN CLASS!! We stand for just representation and free and fair elections. Come for the whole time or come for a while. Just come!!!! If you can’t come, send someone else. If you can’t do that, drive by and HONK!! If you can’t drive by and honk, share on social media! Together we are unstoppable!! We are meeting at the Donut HOLE. There is parking across the street where there are closed businesses and behind the donut hole.

This a local Indivisible event! We will be on the sidewalk (where we can legally protest without a permit) and hopefully have enough people to occupy all 4 corners. If you arrive early, you can start or wait for others. Sometimes people arrive a little late, but they will arrive. Feel free to bring umbrellas, personal fans, spray bottles of water, pop-up tents, whatever you need to be safe. Also, bring a sweater. Wheelchair accessible. Bathroom at the In-N -Out, the Wok. If there is rain, we will cancel.
*A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
