Saturday is No Kings Day
The wannabe-king is intent on sabotaging our midterms. This weekend, we turn out by the millions to nonviolently defend our elections, our democracy, and our rights. First in the streets, and then at the polls. Join us.
# No Kings Cafe
Join us for coffee and pancakes as we engage in and discuss election protection work on No Kings 4 Day.
Cosponsored by Lancaster Progressive Coalition, a group of local businesses and organizations devoted to moving our community forward, and Indivisible Lancaster Together. Special thanks to the Lancaster Quaker Meeting for allowing use of their space.
Beyond pancakes and waffles, delicious coffee, and other breakfast items we will:
1. Write postcards encouraging specific voters to come out and vote this year.
2. Learn more about election protection, including being a poll observer.
3. Learn how to help people register to vote by October 19.
4. Check your registration, and help others do the same.
We’ll share resources on what we can do before, during, and after election day November 3rd.
