The No Kings Map is Live!
Hundreds of nonviolent protests are already planned for No Kings Day on March 28, and more are being added by the hour.
**We have the power and are claiming it together. No Thrones. No Crowns. No Kings.**
We, as residents of Germantown, stand united as an affirmation of our deepest democratic values and as a call to action at a critical moment in our nation’s history.
Our purpose is simple—but urgent:
To remind our community, our leaders, and the country that in a democracy, no one is above the law. Power must remain in the hands of the people—not concentrated in one person, one office, or one ideology. We reject authoritarianism in all its forms.
We organize this rally not out of hatred or partisanship, but out of love—for our neighbors, our community, and the promise of a government that serves everyone equally. We are inspired by our history—by ordinary Americans, who stood up to tyranny, defended liberty, and demanded justice when it mattered most.
We are here to do the same.
Democracy is not inherited—it’s built. It’s protected. It’s lived out loud. And we rally together to defend that democracy.
To say that our voices matter.
That the rule of law matters.
That truth matters.
That We the People will not be ruled—we will be represented.
Let history show that when the tide of authoritarianism rose, Germantown did not stay silent. We showed up. We spoke out. And we stood together—for freedom, for justice, and for a future where democracy is stronger than any would-be-king.
We’re not watching history happen—we’re making it. Join us.
*A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.*
