Across the world, democratic freedoms are under attack – from voter suppression and censorship to cults of personality and state-sanctioned violence. We stand in solidarity with people everywhere who are resisting tyranny and demanding accountable, representative government. This is not about one country or one moment. It is about defending democracy, human rights and human dignity – everywhere.
