Hundreds of nonviolent protests are already planned for No Kings Day on March 28, and more are being added by the hour.
**We have the power — let’s make it impossible to ignore. No Kings, No ICE, No Oligarchs.**
On **March 28th**, millions will step into the streets worldwide to make one thing clear: the people hold the power. When we show up together, politicians and corporations feel it and power shifts.
A coalition of grassroots organizers is calling on Marin to mobilize with the rest of the country, with **20+ protests across the county**. History shows when 3.5% of the population gather in peaceful protest, authoritarians fall. As Trump and his regime continue to wreak havoc across the country, we the people are the final check on our democracy.
This rally will be organized by the Marin chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America (Marin DSA) and Fuerzas Unidas. It will feature local grassroots organizers speaking on their work to defend our immigrant neighbors from ICE, to rebuild a strong fighting labor movement, to stand in solidarity with the people of Palestine, to fight for the healthcare, housing, and education we all deserve, and more.
Let’s come together to stand up for our community and to fight for our democracy. This is a family-friendly event! Bring your kids, your friends, your parents, your coworkers. Homemade signs are welcomed.
A core principle behind all No Kings protest events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
