Hundreds of nonviolent protests are already planned for No Kings Day on March 28, and more are being added by the hour.
**We have the power and are claiming it together. No Thrones. No Crowns. No Kings.**
What began in 2025 as a single day of defiance has become a sustained national resistance to tyranny, spreading from small towns to city centers and across every community determined to defend democracy. Our peaceful movement is bigger than ever.
When our families are under attack and costs are pushing people to the brink, silence is not an option. We will defend ourselves and our communities against this administration’s unjust and cruel acts of violence.
On March 28th, we will rise up, across the country once again to push back. Locally, we will take to the streets in small towns all across northern Vermont, and say it incredibly loud: ** NO THRONES, NO CROWNS, NO KINGS.** We’re not watching history happen—we’re making it. Join us.
Throughout northern Vermont, rallies are currently being organized in a small town near you at staggered times. You’re invited to attend the one closest to where you live and then move on and participate in the next town….and the next….and the next. These rolling rallies will all culminate in a great gathering of people in St. Albans in Taylor Park where there will be speakers and music as well as a “Democracy Market”. Details for this event are still coming together, but it is one you will not want to miss!
