Let’s Make Michigan History: No Kings-Vote Early!
Join Indivisible Huron Valley on October 17 for our next No Kings event—this time with one big, bold goal: to help drive the largest early-voting turnout in Michigan history.
We’re shifting from mass rally mode to people-powered community action. Early in-person voting begins October 24, but many Michiganders still don’t know when it starts—or where to cast their ballot, since early voting locations are often different from regular Election Day polling places.
That’s where we come in.
On October 17, we’ll come together to reach voters where they are—through canvassing, texting, and postcards. Whether you love knocking doors, prefer sending messages, or want to help from a table with a stack of postcards, there will be a role for you.
We’ll provide the contact lists, scripts, postcards, and materials you need. You bring your energy, your voice, and your commitment to democracy.
Let’s make sure voters are ready. Let’s make early voting visible. Let’s make October 24 the start of a turnout wave Michigan has never seen before.
We will meet at a central location for training and activities. After the work is done, we’ll celebrate together at a local venue—because building power should also build community. Stay tuned for details!
No Kings: Vote Early events are nonpartisan and are designed to increase participation from all eligible voters.
A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
