## About the DNC Local Listeners phone bank*
– **What:** Two-hour phone bank with training + live calling
– **Who we call:** Infrequent and unengaged voters in congressional battleground districts
– **How:** Values-based conversations — active listening, empathy, and community connection
– **New callers:** Step-by-step training on our calling platform included at the start of every session
– **Focus:** Talk to infrequent voters to take their temperature on how they are feeling about the upcoming elections and gather that information to help the DNC make informed decisions regarding the midterms.
