We will now meet every Tuesday from 4 to 5:30 at the Southeast corner of Wadsworth and 52nd Avenue in Arvada (next to the In and Out burger.) Bring your best protest sign and your energy – and don’t forget your sunscreen and water bottle! Let rush hour Arvadans know that we want change!
We will have music! This a local Indivisible event. Arvadans for Progresive Action (APA) is the local Arvada chapter. This is a non-violent protest – no weapons allowed, and please behave in a peaceful manner. A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
Every Thursday, Indivisible co-founders Ezra Levin and Leah Greenberg host a participatory conversation on the week’s news, the state of our democracy, and our plan to defeat the authoritarian threats we face. This week we’ll be joined by Indivisible endorsed candidate Patrick Roath, who is challenging a 13-term incumbent in the MA-08 Democratic primary.
