We are heading to World Relief to show them some love, support and gratitude. They do amazing work for our refugee friends.
3:30 – 4:30 we will meet with World Relief for a tour and information about their programs. We will also bring them thank you cards, treats and snacks. If you’d like to bring some (non-homemade) snacks that would be great!
4:30 – 5:30 we will rally in support of Refugees. We can walk there. Intersection of N. Bowdish Road and E Sprague Ave

World Relief has said they could really use school supplies for refugee students. Backpacks, pencils, paper, pens, etc. for Elementary – Middle School students.

A core principle behind all events is a commitment to nonviolent action and no civil disobedience. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values, and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events
