Save Our Democracy – Central Westchester Indivisible

#### Central Westchester Indivisible (CWI) is part of a nationwide group of Indivisible chapters and many other organizations fighting to protect our rights and to stop and reverse the Trump administration’s damage to society. Thank you for being a part of that fight!

#### These protests are intended to show our sustained opposition to the many ways the Trump administration is trying to destroy our democracy and bring our country down. People are welcome to protest about any of the heinous acts this administration is guilty of, including:
– Attacks on the Press, such as the FCC’s threats to revoke ABC affiliate licenses.

– The illegal war with Iran, which has devolved into a perpetual series of tit-for-tat strikes and counter strikes.

– Lawless ICE/CBP. We demand that funding be stopped until they are completely reformed with the kind of accountability we expect from real law enforcement.

– Illegal tariffs that raise inflation while dragging down our economy and damaging relations with countries that have always been close allies.

– The Save Act, gerrymandering and other threats to our elections.

We are asking people to line the sidewalk in front of Richard Presser Park in Hartsdale, NY for a peaceful, nonviolent protest. Bring a sign (a folding chair if you want). Bring the kids, bring friends.

A note about parking – there is a parking lot in the park on Central Park Avenue at the south end of the park. Also, NO metal or wood poles – please.
