The No Kings Map is Live!
Hundreds of nonviolent protests are already planned for No Kings Day on March 28, and more are being added by the hour.
We are showing up together again on March 28. President Trump thinks his rule is absolute. But in America, we don’t have kings — and we won’t back down against chaos, corruption, and cruelty.
When our families and neighbors are under attack, silence is not an option. This country does not belong to kings, dictators, or tyrants. It belongs to We the People — the people who care, who show up, and who fight for dignity, equity, a life we can afford, and real opportunity. No Thrones. No Crowns. No Czars. No Kings in Sheet’ká!
History clearly shows that people-powered movements are how we end authoritarianism and build a better democracy. One way we can build a better nation is to uplift our community.
In spring in Sheet’ká, that means celebrating the return of the herring. The season of renewal, rebirth, regeneration, growth, and new beginnings also calls for uplifting and supporting the impactful contributions of young people: “Even from long ago we have placed our grandchildren high above ourselves. Yes. We cherish them. Even those things we treasure we used to offer up to them, to those who are our grandchildren” (Kaal. á tk’ Charlie Joseph).
Join us for No Kings 3, a family-friendly, joyful, and non-violent but powerful display of the things we treasure most in Sheet’ká. We will march, sing, listen, share, and learn. We will be fundraising for ACLU Alaska, Minnesota Mutual Aid, and local youth programs through donations for limited-edition pins and stickers featuring the Ptarmigan Rebel design by Tsimshian artist David Robert Boxley.
*A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.*
