Join us — a large coalition of organizations and immigrant rights advocates — to peacefully protest ICE’s brutal and unconstitutional treatment of American immigrants.
Together, while standing across the street from the ICE warehouse, we will demand the rights and wellbeing of our immigrant neighbors, friends, and family.
This event will include:

🎯 “Action stations” to support Utah’s immigrant community
💡 Tabling by Utah immigrant advocate organizations.
Although reporting indicates the Salt Lake City ICE warehouse may be sold and never opened as a “mega-detention facility”, ICE continues its violent activities throughout immigrant communities. It is to oppose this that Utahns of all stripes will gather to peacefully rally on July 11.
The organizations behind this event are committed to nonviolent action that is community-led and grounded in moral witness, public accountability, and collective care. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values, and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
