The next No Kings Day is coming
The next No Kings Day will be different. Join the No Kings kickoff call this Thursday, 9/10 at 8pm ET/5pm PT to learn about the national day of voter participation being planned for this October.
Join the freedom fighters of Southend Indivisible for our Community Meeting at the Sullivan Center in Tukwila (next to Tukwila Library).
At our monthly meetings we come together in community to plan advocacy and volunteer action, organize activities to support our neighbors and communities, hear from community and elected leaders and advocates on the front lines, celebrate wins, and have fun!
We have a very exciting program coming together:
1) Executive Director of Fix Democracy First – Sawyer McCrabb – will come share about a creative effort in WA State to end Citizens United at a state-level that states across the region are considering and adopting
2) No Hate in WA State campaign will share the latest on the effort to reject anti-trans youth initiatives I-001 and I-638 and how you can help
3) We will hear from a host of progressive candidates for office just weeks before ballots are mailed out for the general election
