  • STOP KILLING CHILDREN – MOTHERS WANT PEACE, NOT GRAVES

Join us as we grieve the stolen futures of Iranian children killed by US bombs. Our vigil and silent march recognize the unfulfilled dreams of these voiceless children. Our vigil honors the bereaved mothers and families of these innocent victims.

On February 28, a joint Israeli-U.S. coalition attacked Iran. US Tomahawk bombs killed approximately 170 civilians in multiple airstrikes a Minab elementary school. More than 140 young children were murdered. An additional 21 civilians, including children, were murdered when untested (in combat) missiles hit a second elementary school in Lamerd. These Precision Strike Missiles explode in a fireball above the target, blasting small tungsten pellets outward.

After we grieve, we demand a bipartisan investigation into these missile strikes. We, the People, need to know who was responsible, how the targets were selected, and what processes are being developed to ensure similar tragedies are not repeated in the future.

    Please wear black.

The march is optional and the route will be provided that morning.

ALL participants are expected to remain in public spaces and on public property. Please do not block sidewalks or business entrances.

*A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*

Non-perishable food and personal hygiene items will be collected onsite for local communities.
