The No Kings Map is Live!
Hundreds of nonviolent protests are already planned for No Kings Day on March 28, and more are being added by the hour.
This a local Indivisible event hosted by Indivisible Maynard Area!
Citizens Bank has been funding Core Civic, one of the major private prisons companies, who build and run ICE facilities and camps like “Alligator Alcatraz” and the center in Dilley, TX that houses children and had a measles outbreak. They have a serious of lawsuits over atrocious abuses and conditions in their facilities, but Citizens’s Bank keeps financing them. We will have a peaceful standout by Citizens Bank in Stow, MA to educate the community of the ties between Citizens Bank and ICE detention centers. Signs and messages should be targeted to say things like “fund communities not cages” or “Boycott Citizens Bank” or “Stop funding ICE prisons.” We will also have flyers to help educate the public.
