Zakros InterArts presents an online Indivisible event!
As the American republic lurches toward its 250th anniversary, Zakros InterArts summons The People v. The King on Friday, May 1 with activist and entrepreneur Andy Shallal, founder of the renowned Busboys and Poets restaurant bookstores in Washington, DC. The online event will concern Docket I: Matter of Contested Reality, the disinformation and erosion of shared reality. Shallal’s appearance as witness coincides with National Workers Day, DC Statehood Day, and Fall of Freedom’s national day of creative resistance, framing the tribunal as civic inquiry and cultural intervention.
