Goodness Village is in need of a few volunteers to help with their upcoming fundraiser event on June 20. If you are interested in helping with any of the tasks, contact Jackie Ayo at volunteer@gvlivermore.org
Here’s what they need help with:
– Guest Check-In (4:30pm – 6:30pm):3 volunteers to welcome and check in our guests. Note: This role requires a short check-in training at the Village on Wednesday morning (June 17th).
– Raffle & Beads (5:00pm – 7:00pm): 2 volunteers to help sell raffle tickets and beaded necklaces.
– Auction Team (5:00pm – 8:30pm): 2 volunteers to act as Live Auction Spotters and help manage the Silent Auction tables. (Spotters would wave a flag when a live auctioneer puts up their paddle or wants to bid on an item).
