This an opportunity for people near Wayzata to stand up and show that we do not intend to quietly watch as the democracy we love is being taken apart. We meet every Thursday 4:30 – 5:30 in Wayzata to display our handmade signs. We build up our own morale and turn the tide of public opinion in our community. Make a sign and join a group of friendly people who have the same goals you do.
A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values. This is about exercising our first amendment rights and making our message heard.
