***We Fight For Our Democracy!***
***When and Where?***
Between West Ave & 8th ST on 50 in front of Center Lake Park – Clermont, FL 34711 – Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 10:00 am-11:30 am
***Why?***
We will continue to bring attention to the atrocities that are being committed against our Constitution and Democracy by the wannabe king in the White House and both his minions and puppeteers until we take back our country.
The Death of our Democracy is imminent unless We, the People act. We demand that ALL of our elected officials obey the demands of the Majority of We, the People! Un-American acts are being perpetrated against We, the people, both citizens AND non-citizens in our country and against our Constitutional Rights.
***How?***
We will wave signs (signs that contain any of our issues that are leading to the death of our Democracy). Feel free to bring instruments or wear costumes.
***What not to do?***
If approached by counter-protesters, do NOT engage. Just ignore them. What to do? Ignore any that call you names, that give you the finger, that oppose you in any way. If we ignore them, they will get tired of doing it. They NEED a reaction from you. Just don’t give them one.
A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
