Winona Indivisible will host a community event on Ranked Choice Voting (RCV). This method of candidate voting is growing across the US and is active in 14 States. The DFL Minnesota District 26 Convention will be using this voting system for the 4 Candidates running in that district. In Minnesota this is starting to be widely used.
