The next No Kings Day is coming
The next No Kings Day will be different. Join the No Kings kickoff call this Thursday, 9/10 at 8pm ET/5pm PT to learn about the national day of voter participation being planned for this October.
Come join us to fold Zines on Monday, Sept 21 at 2:30 pm and/or Wednesday, Sept 23 at 2:30 pm!
What the heck are Zines?, you might be asking. They are information-filled paper booklets that we will hand out at public events and light rail stations during the month of October, encouraging people to vote! When folded, they are small enough to stick in a shirt pocket when a passer-by’s hands are too full to take a full-size flyer!
We will have 1000 zines to fold while happily hanging out at Peace of Mind Brewing. Folding zines is a relatively quick and easy thing to do — please bring scissors and a small tip yellow marker.
Please keep in mind we use this space for free, but everyone needs to support the venue by purchasing a drink (non-alcoholic and coffee options are available). Bring your own snacks and/or there is a very good Mexican food truck right outside.
