Washington, D.C. — Today, Indivisible launched a billboard campaign targeting Republican members of Congress after the House GOP blocked a second effort by Democrats to release files related to the Jeffrey Epstein case. The billboards demand full transparency and accountability from elected officials who are enabling the Justice Department’s cover-up.
“Republicans in Congress want nothing more than for this issue to quietly disappear. We won’t let that happen. After years of peddling conspiracy theories and promising to ‘drain the swamp,’ Trump’s allies are now helping bury the truth. His DOJ shut down the Epstein investigation with no client list, no charges, and no answers. Instead of standing by their own calls for transparency, MAGA Republicans are choosing to protect a sex offender and block the release of these files,” said Leah Greenberg, co-founder and co-executive director of Indivisible.
“Trump has gotten away with abuse after abuse because too many Republicans fear him more than they respect democracy. But this moment is different – even his own supporters are demanding answers. Trump supporters are burning MAGA hats, and prominent Trump loyalists – from Laura Loomer to Mike Johnson – are breaking with the administration. Trump, and all MAGA members of Congress are now in damage control mode.
“We’re launching these billboards in the heart of their districts to shine a light where they’re desperately trying to keep us in the dark. These billboards will help expose the rot, and force accountability from the people who’ve enabled Trump’s agenda at every turn.”
The current targets and districts of the billboards and advertisements include:
Virginia Foxx (NC-05)
Scott Perry (PA-10)
Derrick Van Orden (WI-03)
Nancy Mace (SC-01)
The billboards come amid growing backlash from MAGA influencers and conservative voters themselves, who are questioning Trump’s ties to Epstein and his allies’ unwillingness to demand transparency. Polling shows that a large majority of Americans (89%), including Republicans, disapprove of how the case has been handled.
Indivisible is currently running three billboards in Wisconsin’s 3rd District, and one each in Pennsylvania’s 10th, North Carolina’s 5th, and South Carolina’s 1st. Additional ad placements are under consideration.. These messages are especially visible in key locations – like near the Pennsylvania state capitol, just blocks from GOP headquarters.
This pressure campaign is part of a broader push by Indivisibles to force accountability for these vulnerable Republican members of Congress through grassroots tactics, including:
- Mobilizing phone calls and emails to Congress demanding the full release of Epstein-related files
- Sharing guidance on how to confront members of Congress at town halls and public events
- Providing toolkits to amplify the GOP’s role in obstructing justice
