The next No Kings Day is coming
The next No Kings Day will be different. Join the No Kings kickoff call this Thursday, 9/10 at 8pm ET/5pm PT to learn about the national day of voter participation being planned for this October.
Following up from our brainstorming session last week, view a portion of the IJS Call #2 regarding “Get Aligned” with local immigrant-led groups. Llink to the video below, and there is a great intro helping us ground us all on our role in this effort.

Then, use the workbook in the toolkit, follow the step by step instructions on pages 13 to 20 to search for immigrant-led and immigrant serving organizations in our community, and we ask you to do some fact finding about them.
On Aug 20 our meeting will be on Zoom from 6:30 to 7:30. We will pool our resources and talk about what we have all discovered.
