Washington, D.C. — Indivisible today announced the launch of its first-ever creator-driven electoral program: the Virginia Creator Campaign. This initiative will mobilize national and regional content creators to reach millions of voters online and seeks to increase early voting, and turn out pro-democracy Virginians in one of the most consequential elections of the decade.
This November, Virginians will decide control of the Governor’s Mansion, Lt. Governor, Attorney General, and the House of Delegates. With the balance of power on the line, Indivisible’s Virginia Creator Campaign will harness the power of social media influencers and digital storytellers to elevate candidates and energize Democratic voters at every level of the ballot.
“At a time when trust in politics is at a low point, people increasingly turn to creators for connection, information, and inspiration,” said Ezra Levin, co-founder of Indivisible. “By adding creator-led digital activations we are deploying a surround sound approach to meet Virginians everywhere they are, including online, we’re innovating how progressive movements can mobilize voters and flip critical seats. This is about building a pro-democracy majority in Richmond that delivers for everyday people.”
The Virginia Creator Campaign will:
- Amplify Key Races: Creators across platforms will introduce pro-democracy candidates to new audiences across Virginia and beyond.
- Boost Turnout: Using shareable content, creators will help drive early voting, and maximize Election Day turnout.
- Strengthen Grassroots Power: Creators will complement the efforts of Indivisible’s local groups, who are already engaging in direct voter contact, organizing in their communities, and shaping the margins in competitive races.
The program will leverage Indivisible’s existing statewide infrastructure, 57 local groups, over 300 trained leaders, and 22,000 members, by equipping them with new digital tools to advance a high-impact digital strategy across Virginia. This fusion of grassroots organizing power and digital creator amplification will supercharge voter engagement and turnout in November.
With Indivisible’s deep bench of trained organizers and volunteers across Virginia, the Creator Campaign will supercharge on-the-ground mobilization while pioneering a scalable model for future elections nationwide.
“With the Virginia Creator Campaign, Indivisible is embracing the future of organizing,” said Antonio Arellano, National Director of Media & Creator Relations at Indivisible. “Creators are among the most trusted messengers of our time, they shape culture, spark conversation, and build authentic connections. By investing in new media and digital innovation, we’re not just mobilizing voters in Virginia, we’re creating transformative change that will define how movements and campaigns engage people across the country for years to come.”
