Hosted by Indivisible Co-Executive Directors Ezra Levin and Leah Greenberg, two of the lead organizers of No Kings, the show brings the grassroots to you, offering a look at the state of U.S. democracy and how we can fight back together
WASHINGTON, D.C.—Indivisible and Lemonada Media are excited to announce their partnership, and the launch of their new weekly podcast, What’s the Plan. The podcast is an adaptation of Indivisible's highly successful 'What’s the Plan’ grassroots calls, which bring together thousands of activists on Zoom every week for a live discussion of what the hell is happening and what we can do about it. The first episode will be available on Friday, January 30, 2026. See the trailer here.
Each episode of What's the Plan will feature Leah Greenberg and Ezra Levin, where they will provide a practical and accessible guide to the week’s most important political news, along with clear actions listeners can take to defend democracy. They will break down the most significant developments in American politics, answer top-voted listener questions, and conclude with a list of clear, collective next steps for civic engagement. This podcast is specifically designed for individuals who are committed to protecting democracy and seeking clarity, context, community, and a forward path. It will air weekly on all podcast platforms.
The podcast is produced in partnership with Lemonada Media, an award-winning podcast network known for thoughtful, mission-driven storytelling. True to Indivisible’s values, this podcast will have no corporate sponsors. The What’s the Plan podcast is about building power, not profit.
“With democracy under attack, people need more than the truth. They need a plan,” said Ezra Levin, co–executive director of Indivisible. “This podcast grows directly out of our weekly conversations with grassroots organizers and is about cutting through the noise to give people a clear blueprint for how we fight back and protect our democracy together.”
“At a moment when the stakes for our democracy couldn’t be higher, the news can leave people overwhelmed and stuck,” said Leah Greenberg, co–executive director of Indivisible. “This podcast is about clarity, urgency, and collective action. We’re partnering with Lemonada to launch the What’s the Plan Podcast because we want listeners to feel empowered with a clear action plan to defend our democracy - week by week. That’s the plan.”
“We have been so impressed with the work being done by Indivisible and we are eager to help them amplify their important message to our audience,” said Stephanie Wittels Wachs, CEO of Lemonada. “Since day one, offering actionable solutions to help people who feel overwhelmed or hopeless has been a part of our Lemonada DNA.”
What’s the Plan will be released weekly and available on all major podcast platforms.
