CALL NOW: Tell your Member of Congress to Respect the Constitution—Bring Abrego Garcia Home!
Kilmar Abrego Garcia lived in Maryland with his wife and kids. He has a court order allowing him to live there legally and zero evidence of any wrongdoing. And yet, Abrego Garcia was kidnapped and deported by Trump and ICE to a notorious prison camp. They admit it was an ‘‘administrative error” but they are refusing to facilitate his return, in open defiance of an order from the US Supreme Court—instead, they are doubling down on smears and doxxing against Abrego Garcia and his family. This is a direct attack on our Constitutional rights and the rule of law, and every Member of Congress has a responsibility to stand up in defense of our justice system and against extrajudicial kidnappings.

Demand the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia and an end to governmental abductions!
Hi, my name is [NAME], and I’m a constituent from [Part of State].
Kilmar Abrego Garcia was sent to a Salvadoran prison camp with zero evidence and despite a direct court order forbidding it. He’s still there despite a ruling from the Supreme Court that orders his return, and I’m outraged that the Trump administration is openly defying the Constitution to keep him there.
If the President can ignore the Supreme Court and send whoever he wants to foreign prisons without due process, then every single American is at risk. President Trump has already said that he wants to send US citizens to this same prison camp, and it is [REPRESENTATIVE] ’s sworn responsibility to stand up for us and our Constitution.
- [REPRESENTATIVE] must demand an end to abductions and disappearances and the use of this Salvadoran torture prison.
- [REPRESENTATIVE] must call for Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s return to the US, and not allow the Trump administration to ignore a Supreme court order.
We’re all at risk and I expect [REPRESENTATIVE] to stand up for our rights.
Thank you for using your voice to speak up against Trump’s illegal attacks on our rights and communities. Your call makes a difference–ask your friends to call their representatives as well!
