What is #GivingTuesday?
#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving fueled by the power of social media and collaboration. Celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season when many focus on their end-of-year giving.
Why does that matter to you?
As a participant in Indivisible’s distributed fundraising program, this is a perfect chance to fundraise! Folks will be focusing on giving to causes they care about, so you can use this as an opportunity to ask your social media followers and group members to give, or encourage others to give.
