Washington, DC — Today, Indivisible released their new guide, a blueprint for saving democracy now that Democrats control the White House and both chambers of Congress.
“Four years ago, we wrote a guide to resisting Donald Trump, and it worked. We’ve defeated Trump. We’ve defeated his cronies. We won in Georgia and took the Senate. But the victory isn’t the election, it’s the legislation,” said Leah Greenberg and Ezra Levin, co-founders and executive directors of Indivisible, in the introduction to the guide. “Now, it’s time for us to defeat the forces that allowed him to rise—and that continue to threaten our democracy."
You can find a copy of the full guide here.
The original “Indivisible: A Practical Guide for Resisting the Trump Agenda” was published as a Google Doc in the fall of 2016 following Donald Trump’s election and became a viral sensation, with 18 million page views. The Indivisible Guide has been called “a powerful political force” and credited with reinvigorating “a belief in shoe-leather, show-up-with-bodies democratic politics.”

ABOUT THE INDIVISIBLE PROJECT
The Indivisible Project (501c4) is a social movement non-profit driven by a vision of a real democracy - of, by, and for the people. Indivisible began in 2016 as a viral guide to resisting Trump’s agenda. Today, the Indivisible movement is a network of thousands of local groups and millions of activists across every state. The Indivisible Project drives campaigns for bold progressive policies, lobbies Congress, and equips activists with tools to build lasting progressive power, everywhere. Together, we fight to defeat the rightwing takeover of American government and build an inclusive democracy.
